Salon Policy ~
> We are proud of our service quality & standards and are prepared to stand behind them. If you are not completely satisfied, please call the salon within one week of your service and depending on the situation, we will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy ~
A Credit Card will be asked upon scheduling appointments to be safely stored for the protection of our stylist, & technicians time and our salon & spa business. Please read our Policy !
> Our service providers time is valuable and they schedule other guest times based on their standing appointments. We are asking everyone to honor their time by accepting our Cancellation Policy.
Our policy will be as follows :
** No Shows = 100% charge of the base minimum service price/per stylist pricing
** Less then 24 Hr notice = 50% change of the base minimum service price/per stylist pricing
{ This will also be in place for anyone who cancels a service at time of their appointment. Ex. You arrive at the salon for your appointment for a color & haircut but decide you only want a haircut. We will be implementing the less then 24 hr cancellation. }
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. But, please also understand that when you forget about, or cancel your appointment without proper notice. We miss the opportunity to fill those appointment times. Therefore, leaving the salon & service providers zero income. So we just ask you to notify us before 24 hours of your appointment. We do our very best with continued appointment reminders, with call a heads a week before your appointment and also email reminders within 48 hours of your appointment.
Gift Card Policy ~
> Gift Cards are Only purchased as a dollar amount not as a service.
> Gift Cards are valid on services and products. They may not be redeemed for cash, and are nonrefundable.
> V.E. Hair Design is not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
> Cash Paid Gift Cards will never expire.
> Gift Donation Gift Cards from V.E. Hair Design will have no cash value. Can be used on services and products. Not Valid after expiration date.
